Terms of sale

Last updated November 2026

1. Who we are

Rare Caps is run by [SELLER NAME].
Postal address: [POSTAL ADDRESS]
Email: hello@rarecaps.co.uk

Rare Caps sells genuine merchandise bought new from official stores. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Formula 1, the FIA, any team, Ferrari S.p.A. or Pirelli.

2. The caps

Every cap is genuine and new with its original tags unless its page says otherwise. Photos show the model you're buying; colours can look slightly different on different screens. Stock is limited, so a cap can sell out before your order is confirmed. If that happens we'll tell you and refund you straight away.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Postage is shown before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe when you order; we never see or store your card details.

4. Your contract with us

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is made when we email you to confirm your order. We may refuse an order, for example if a price is clearly wrong; if we do, we'll refund you in full.

5. Find a cap requests

A Find a cap request is not an order and you're under no obligation to buy. If we have the cap or can source it, we'll let you know, and you decide whether to go ahead.

6. Delivery

See our delivery page. The cap is your responsibility once it has been delivered to the address you gave us.

7. Cancelling and returns

You can cancel within 14 days of delivery. See our returns page for how.

8. If there's a problem

If a cap is faulty or not as described, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and we'll put things right. Contact us first and we'll do our best to sort it quickly.

9. Our responsibility

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. Nothing here limits your legal rights as a consumer.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
